THE WORKFLOW
A practical coaching workflow: prepare a clear session, keep teaching references close and carry useful reflections into the next practice.
Timed blocks, short objectives, separate teaching cues and safety notes. Reuse a template, then adapt the session to the group in front of you.
Open a technique or game reference. Set an interval from a practice block. Keep the coaching staff aligned on the purpose of the session.
Record group-level reflections and priorities for the next session. Shared records need authenticated access and clear editing permissions.
EXPLORE THE CONCEPT
Try a practice plan, run a block, save a sample coach note, or explore the calendar and family-publishing concept. Every example is fictional and stays in memory in this tab; reload clears all changes. Amber labels identify locally implemented features that have not been released to the private workspace.
A short example segment, separate from any team's actual plan.
One session segment with a clear purpose for each block. Expand the rows to see the format.
Objective: arrive ready to learn.
Cues: balance, clear space and listen for the stop call.
Coach note: choose suitable movement for the group.
Objective: understand one coach-selected position.
Format: demonstration, cooperative repetitions and a coach check.
This is a layout example, not a prescribed technique progression.
Objective: repeat with control and identify the next learning priority.
Reflection: what should the group repeat next time?
Ready
Timer runs in this tab. Keep the device awake; suspended tabs cannot guarantee an on-time alert. Reload resets the demo.
A CLEAR BOUNDARY
Explore a sample practice segment, switch library views, track example blocks and save a tab-only reflection. Try the clearly labeled local calendar, family snapshot and email-draft previews.
Explore the example workspace ↗The existing private coach workspace has authenticated access, shared practice records, technique and game libraries, run-practice controls, progress and coach notes. It is separate from this fictional public demo.
The new calendar, family portal and email-draft screens are locally implemented, not live. Parent access, team signup and multi-team onboarding are not available here.
CURRENT STATE / NOVEMBER 4, 2026
This public demo illustrates verified capabilities with invented examples. Operational features and unreleased local work have different labels.
Shared practice plans, technique and game references, reviewed video links, block-by-block practice controls, timer, progress, coach notes and coaching/scoring guidance. Authentication protects the separate workspace; existing approved coach access is limited.
Coach event drafts, family-safe preview and explicit publication, cancellation and unpublish controls. Private notes remain separate. Final release checks are unresolved; no parent rollout has occurred.
Private message drafting and recipient-review logic are built locally. No delivery provider is connected; actual sending, consent rollout and delivery tracking are unavailable.
All interactions on this page stay in memory and reset on reload. There is no live team data, shared persistence, parent enrollment or self-service multi-team signup.
PLAN A USEFUL NEXT STEP
Tell Halo how your coaches prepare a session, find teaching references and carry priorities into the next practice. We can discuss the workflow and what a separate team workspace would need.
This is a product preview, not a team-account signup. Scope and suitability are discussed together; no pricing or availability is promised here.
